Booking and Cancellation Policy

A gentle reminder

As we come into the peak season, please be mindful that appointments become scarce !

No one likes a cancellation fee, and we really dislike issuing them, so its not personal – its just business

 

When making an appointment please familiarise yourself with our policies;

Bookings can be made over the phone or online, all online bookings and appointments longer than 2 hours at The Beauty Emporium require a booking deposit. Our appointments are precious, therefore we require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or if you can not keep your appointment.

You are sent a SMS reminder to the mobile number you provide us with or an email, 2 days before your treatment, this is a courtesy and does not take away your responsibility to keep your appointment. In the event of late cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. A ‘No Show’ to your appointment is charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Our team spends time preparing & planning for each treatment and room allocation, so we really appreciate being given notice

We understand that sometimes things pop up that are out of your control, we just ask that you respect our time as much as we do yours, and give as much notice as possible, so we are able to fill these appointments .
